As a certified Data Scientist from the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology, I began my career with hands-on project work.

Today, I specialize in not only implementing data-driven innovations technically, but also anchoring them strategically within companies. At the same time, I work on embedding data-driven mindsets sustainably in organizations to create a culture of change and innovation. Additionally, I develop robust and future-proof technical infrastructures that form the foundation for long-term success in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

With over 15 years of experience in team leadership and as a Product Owner in the field of data and information management as well as data platform implementations, I support companies in driving their digital transformation and successfully executing data-driven strategies. My expertise in data governance, IT processes, architectures, and developing data-oriented organizations enables me to design sustainable and self-sufficient data strategies.

In my role as Product Owner of the Data Hub, I have significantly contributed to developing and implementing digital solutions that support Industry 4.0 initiatives. In doing so, I place great emphasis on agile team leadership to ensure both dynamism and quality in data analytics and business intelligence processes.

I am convinced that sustainable data solutions require not only technical changes but also cultural and organizational transformations. Through this holistic approach, I ensure that companies benefit from data-driven innovations in the long run.
